Dust jacket chipped along top edge and torn across front cover but essentially intact, tall 4to in blue cloth with titles gilt-stamped on front board, 38 magnificent full-page full-color illustrations including 15 oil paintings, maps showing distributions, index, 156pp, clean and tight with no marks, near Fine/Fair, the plates alone are worth five dollars each.
